If by chance we run into an issue with your artwork and you need us to modified a minimum charge of $25 could be added.

If we need to rework the artwork entirely then art time will be charged at a rate of $125 per hour with a 1-hour minimum charge.

The typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days on wholesale items and 10-15 business days on retail items. Always refer to your invoice for your stated turnaround times as they may vary.

For standard shipping, we use USPS First Class, if you would like a faster shipping option please let us know in the notes section of your order.
